What do I do if my package is lost?

Not to worry; most often, delays in transit are resolved within a few days. If you have not received your package within 5 days of shipment, please give us a call at (877) 646 5303 or email support@silvergoldbull.com. If your order has shipped via USPS; after contacting us, we will advise that you call USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (per USPS policy). 

We insure all shipments, so you are covered in the unlikely event that your package is lost. When a package is deemed lost, we will issue a refund or reship the order.
