My order status says “On Hold”. What does that mean?

There are a few reasons why your order may be on hold. The common reasons are,

  • If you paid by check, your check is currently clearing.
  • If an item in your order had a condition that you had to select indicating that it will delay the shipping of the entire order beyond the normal shipping time, your entire order will be on hold until the condition is lifted.
  • If you have indicated that you want your product shipped at a later date.
