How do I pay with eCheck using micro-deposit verification?

If you'd like to pay with eCheck but can't use your bank login, you can link your bank account with micro-deposit verification instead. Simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign into your Silver Gold Bull account. If you don't have an account yet, click here to create an account. 

Step 2: Proceed to checkout.

a) Select eCheck (ACH) as your payment method.

b) Click the "Link Bank Account" button.

Step 3: Follow the prompts from Plaid, our eCheck payment processor. 

Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Select "Manual", then click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Enter your routing number, then click "Continue" to proceed to the next step. 

Enter your account number, then click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Enter your account number a second time. Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Select "Personal" or "Business", then click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Enter your complete name, then click "Continue" to proceed to the next step. 

Select your account type, then click "Continue" to proceed to the next step. 

Click "Authorize" to allow Plaid to send one micro-deposit to your bank account. 

Click "Continue" to allow Plaid to send one micro-deposit to your bank account. 

Step 4: Within 24 hours, you'll find the micro-deposit listed in your online bank statement (see example below). 

NOTE: You'll need to have 3 letter code of the micro deposit ready for the next step. Write it down or keep your statement open in a browser tab.

Step 5: Sign into your Silver Gold Bull account.

a) Select eCheck (ACH) as your payment method.

b) Click the "Verify micro-deposit" button. 

Step 6: Proceed to checkout, and enter the 3-letter code from the micro-deposit listed on your bank statement. 

Enter the 3-letter code from the micro deposit listed on your bank statement. Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Click "Continue" to proceed to Silver Gold Bull checkout where you may complete your order. 

Step 7: Complete your order at Silver Gold Bull checkout. 

Review your order details and click the green "Place Order" button.
